• Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move.
• Use Enter or Space to activate controls.
• Progress and save states are communicated with text.

Available features

The interface adapts to mobile and desktop screens. Questions use labels associated with their fields, and controls follow a predictable reading order.

The application remains under accessibility review. This statement is not a certification of WCAG conformance. Third-party content and some browser or assistive-technology combinations may behave differently.

If you encounter a barrier, tell the team that sent your invitation which page, language, browser and assistive technology you used. You may also request an alternative format for completing the survey.
